         The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development’s data shows the problem here is the increasing levels of air pollution worldwide and its evident effect on the human population within cities. This chart argues that if we do not act to stop the increase in air pollution that by 2030 premature deaths will skyrocket. this is shown within the bar graph.

       Office of Air and Radiation. U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is reporting all the benefits as well as costs that have come from the Clean Air Act as well as estimated what will come of it in the future through 2020. They are arguing all the pros and cons that are coming from this act such as emissions, direct costs, estimating human health effects, and economic benefits. The evidence they have for this is relayed with statistics as well as charts comparing both sides.
