Generally having a positive outlook, being comfortable with yourself and other and being able to meet life challenges and demands



2. What are 5 signs of good mental health?
In general people with good mental health:
-are realistic about their strengths and weaknesses
-are responsible for their personal behavior
-avoid high risk behaviors such as using tobacco, alcohol or other drugs
-are open minded and flexible
-are fun loving and able to relax alone or with others


3. What is personality?
A complex set of characteristics that makes you unique and sets you apart from everyone else


4. Explain Maslow Pyramid in detail.
The Maslow Pyramid is a pyramid that organizes human needs. The pyramid includes 4 different levels which in order to ascend to the top you must have accomplished the lowest and most basis levels. At the bottom of the pyramid we have physical needs which are what we need to satisfy things such as hunger, thirst sleep and so on. The next is emotional needs where you feel thar you belong and are being recognized by others. The next is aesthetic needs which is the human response and aprrecaiton to beauty and nature. The last is self fulfilling needs which is the last we reach and make take years since its where we become our best and accomplished all our goals we set ourselves.
